Private Midwives and Doula's, providing support throughout pregnancy, labour and birth. We also provide lactation support for those preparing to and already breastfeeding.

Our services are tailored to support, encourage and help prepare mother and partner throughout their pregnancy journey right up until and after the arrival of their baby.

Whether you are a first time mother or not, we can help you with the extra support and guidance you may need to help make your pregnancy as pleasant as possible. We provide at home consultations and checkups (we will refer you to see a GP if we feel it is in yours and baby's best interest), we can help you put a birth plan in place and answer any questions you may have. Diet and lifestyle guidance, as well as training for your partner.

LACTATION & BREASTFEEDING

If you are pregnant, and you (and your partner) want to learn about how you can prepare for breastfeeding, our personal consultation will be a great help to you.
​
Whether this is all new to you, you've breast fed before and want to look at what may have gone wrong last time and how to have a better experience this time, expecting one, two or more babies... it doesn't matter. We're here to equip you with the support and advice you need.
​
Each session is tailored to suit your personal needs, as we consider your own individual circumstances and experiences.
​
Sessions will last approximately 60mins, if you think you'd need a bit more time, please book a 90 minute session.
After your initial consultation. You can book follow up sessions as and when you feel the need for additional support or if you'd like to run over a few things.
Nursing support - Online consultation appx 60 mins

This session is for those who are currently breastfeeding and may be experiencing some problems.
We will patiently work with you to identify the cause of the problem/s you may be having and put a little plan of strategies together to help you overcome these issues.

Whether you've got something to celebrate or just want a Ladies night, in we are the service for you.

Perfect option for Hen nights, Birthdays, Gender reveals, Pre-wedding pampering for the Bride & her Maids, or any other event where you feel pampering would be a special touch.

For Group Spa Sessions, we recommend selecting a mix of our 15-30 minute sessions per person. This enables you to book a variety of different treatments to suit your requirements but also keeps everything to a reasonable time frame, especially for groups of 5+.

Corporate/Work place Wellness
If you've got something to celebrate or would just like to reward your staff and promote wellness in the work place, we are the service for you.

Office Wellness days are a great way to show your employees that you care for them and appreciate the work that they do for your company.

Giving your staff wellness days, also helps improve their Physical and Mental state, relieving stress and actually encourages better workplace performance.

It also helps to build positive relationships between staff members, as they get to relax and enjoy some pampering together.

We recommend selecting a mix of our 15-30 minute sessions per person of your Wellness session will only be part of the day.
This enables you to book a variety of different treatments to suit your requirements but also keeps everything to a reasonable time frame, especially for groups of 5+.

If you are dedicating the whole day to the wellness of your team, then, really you can be flexible and book any of our treatments.
