Our Mobile Therapists work:

Sunday to Thursday,

8.30am - 8.00pm

Fridays 8am - 5pm

Saturdays 6pm - 9pm 

OUT OF HOURS

Bookings from 5am-8am

and 8pm to 11pm are welcome. These hours incur an additional £15phr call out charge added to your booking fee.

 

How do i book?

Please use the booking request form, drop us an email or Business WhatsApp enquiry to

07309 975 838.

Once all details have been confirmed, you'll receive booking confirmation and your invoice to pay online or via Direct bank transfer.

Do you offer Hair & Makeup services?

Yes! We provide Wedding day and special occasion hair & makeup services. We aim to use clean, eco friendly makeup brands where possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do i book?

Simply go to the BOOK ONLINE page of our website and complete the booking enquiry form. We will then contact you to confirm an appointment slot with you.

 

Can i pay in instalments?

We only allow instalment plans for large bookings such as Wedding services and Group Pamper sessions/Parties. We require 50% securing deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% paid a minimum of 30 days in advance of your booking date. 

Do you take last minute bookings?

Yes we do, however the booking must be made at least 2 hours in advance. All bookings are subject to availability, so we advise booking well in advance where possible to avoid disappointment.

Do you work extra early/late hours?

Yes we do! We know life gets busy and every one has different, sometimes hectic schedules, so we've done our best to accommodate most needs.

What do i need for my booking?

We bring all equipment and products needed, including our own towels.

All you really need to do, is provide a clean and clear working space for our staff to set up and work in. We will need easy access to warm water for hygiene purposes and for some of the treatments. 

Your Safety: We take the safety of our clients very seriously. We can assure you all of our registered professionals are vetted, Insured and Qualifies to perform the treatments they are providing and DBS checked.

If you are not happy with your service or if in the unlikely event you feel unsafe, please contact us immediately and report the incident.

 

Please ensure all pets and children are kept out of the way.  If you are a new mum and have a young baby, we understand, please let us know and we'll do our best to work around baby, however if you could have someone on standby to assist you this would be very helpful, as we'd like you to get the most out of your well-deserved treatment.

Staff Safety: We take the safety and happiness of our team members very seriously. We will not tolerate abuse of any sort. We are hired to provide a professional service at your convenience and require to be treated with respect. Please also note, our massage service is strictly non sexual/non sensual service, any unsuitable requests or advances towards our therapists will be rejected and reported to our office. You may become barred from our service. Our Therapists have the right to cease treatment and leave if made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe in anyway. 

Equipment

Our therapists will bring all equipment and products required to fulfil your booking. Please ensure enough space to set up.  We kindly request that you do not touch any equipment or products without consent to avoid any damage to costly equipment.

Are there any additional fees?

The only additional fees are Travel (£8 fixed rate per therapist, per booking), Congestion charge, EULEZ and parking fees where these apply. If you have a parking permit, that's great, please let us know and hand it to your therapist on arrival.

Please note if we are travelling further than usual, there may be additional fees. This will be confirmed with you during the booking process.

Out of hours call out fee as stated above.

Can i give a tip?

If you feel you'd like to show your therapist some extra appreciation via a tip, that's totally up to you, feel free!

What about cancellations & refunds?

You have the right to cancel your booking at any time. Please email info@back2natureswellnessspa.com  as soon as possible.

For a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 7 working days in advance. If you cancel after this time up to 1 day prior to your booking date, we will retain 50%. Same day cancellations are non refundable.

Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for your refund to be processed and reflect in your account.  Refunds will be made according to your original payment method.
