Practicing Yoga


Physical exercise is very important for your overall health. Research shows that it not only improves circulation, strengthens the heart, helps boost immunity, strengthen bones, reduce risk of diseases and manage weight, but it is also good for the brain and helps improve mental health and a clear mind.

Without a doubt, there's no better way to exercise than out doors in fresh greenery and fresh air.  Greenery is calming for the mind, whilst all the fresh air being taken into your lungs and the vitamin D from the sunlight is highly beneficial to you.

Our sessions are suitable for male and female, all ages and abilities (subject to prior consultations). Some of our group sessions are female only.

We understand that you might need a little motivation or want to have some professional support, whether your in it for fun or have a specific goal in mind, we're here to help you.

121 sessions

Our fitness trainers can come to you face to face or meet you online. Whichever you choose, you will have a consultation to ascertain your requirements, needs and any health conditions which may need to be considered when tailoring a fitness session to suit you.

Your instructor will then put together a program for you, which will include some dietary advice and then work with you to achieve your goal.

Group sessions

You can get your own group together and have a one off booking or join an online group session, it's up to you.

If you would like us to come to you, please ensure you have enough space for a group workout, remember you can use outside in suitable weather.
